Customer Success Manager

You will manage relationships and provide service to a nationwide network of existing and prospective customers.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships and provide service to existing and prospective customers through telephone and email support.
- Monitor internal systems and synthesize feedback and trends in order to make useful suggestions for improving the website and internal processes.
- Delight customers and ensure problems are solved in a timely manner.
- Communicate closely with the FreshTemp team to provide consistent solutions to customers.
- A utility player. You're willing to find resolutions to customer issues early, late and often.
- Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily... thousands of FreshTemp user emails each month? No problem!
- Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
- Warm and approachable, genuinely loves helping people.
