Many people believe there are benefits to consuming raw milk over fortified pasteurized milk. This is simply untrue. Many people also believe the pasteurization process reduces the nutritional value of milk, which is also untrue. Recently much research has been done regarding this topic, specifically by the CDC, FDA and others. The results may surprise some people and cause them to rethink consuming raw milk.
